Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions: Booking any tour with Whitmore's Wild warrants that you have read and accept the following terms and conditions, made by Whitmore's Wild. By checking this box, you agree to be bound by them, subject to such changes as notified to you from time to time. General Terms It is in the interest of Whitmore's Wild to provide you a tour, however we reserve the right to refuse requests and bookings in the event of insufficient or excessive numbers. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to scheduled tour start time do not incur a cancellation fee. Whitmore’s Wild must be advised by email, if you are no longer able to attend at whitmoreswildintas@gmail.com – please include your booking name and date of tour. Whitmore’s Wild reserves the right to charge the following: Cancellations made less than 42 hours prior to scheduled tour start time incur a cancellation fee of the full ticket price for tour booked. Refunds due to illness is at the discretion of Whitmore’s Wild. Refunds will not be granted for guests who do not show, arrive or take part in the tour. Amendments Amendments to re-schedule your booking within 48 hours of tour date will not be accepted unless eligible to re-book to another date, at the discretion of Whitmore’s Wild. Whitmore’s Wild has the right to cancel any tour in the event of a severe weather warning, fire warning or any other environmental related incidents, in the interest of guest safety. Should your tour be cancelled by Whitmore’s Wild, you will be entitled to a full refund. Whitmore's Wild's tours operate rain, hail or shine. By making a booking you accept that this tour will proceed in any weather and cancellations due to weather excluding when a severe weather warning, fire warning or any other environmental related incident issued by TasAlerts, will not be eligible for a refund. The liability of Whitmore’s Wild arising from any cancellations of tour bookings is limited only to the amount paid for the booking.
